Tender & Licensing Management EMEA Assistant
- Development of quotations for Atlassian software licenses and related Atlassian Marketplace plugins;
- Management of software licenses for Atlassian products as well as the Atlassian Marketplace (monitoring of licenses price increase and renewal process, preparation of offers, management of orders, preparation of invoices);
- Provision of support for account managers to ensure that software renewals are quoted, delivered and closed prior to license expiration dates.
- Stay up-to-date on Atlassian licensing policies and requirements.
- Update operational records or licensing information using computer terminals.
- Coordination of company departments for order processing;
- Management of relationships with Atlassian customers, both UE and Extra-UE (follow up with customers about contracts and other questions, informing customers of additional steps needed to obtain licenses).
- Updating of the company CRM;
- Document management.
- Management of registrations on European public tender platforms;
- Participation in public tenders in Europe (with greater focus on the DACH region);
- Management of relationships with Atlassian Partners and Atlassian Vendors;
- Translation of Italian-German, German-Italian documents;
- Participation in trade fairs and business events.
