These years of head positions allowed me to oversee and manage professional business conduct while building relationships with employees and customers. I was also able to understand the informatic aspect of business, learning to use software to store information of employees and residents. I am increasingly becoming more interested in improving my management skills, while also building on my love of technology and computers.
