  • In coordination with the Head of Marketing and regarding the brands managed at a national and international level, ensures the achievement of the business objectives of the BU Primary & Specialty Care, through the definition and implementation of appropriate marketing strategies and plans consistent with the priorities of the therapeutic areas in accordance with ethical standards, professional ethics, and laws.
  • Develop a medium-term strategic plan for the development of the franchise and the enhancement of the brand equity & architecture of the area of expertise by evaluating the positioning, the claims, the reference targets, the needs and the main communication channels;
  • Defines the marketing plan and communication models for Canvass (RX, Pharmacy) by interacting with the Sales Department (Rx Channel and Pharmacies, Trade & Go to Market, CEL and with the Medical Affairs Department;
  • Develops and manages the communication plan (positioning, claim) and materials both nationally and internationally, relating to the brands under its responsibility, guaranteeing the coherence of brand communication based on the guidelines and the plan approved by the Head of the Department;
  • Ensures market analysis and development of trends and competitiveness of entrusted brands by verifying the collection and interpretation of market insights and proposing actions also through the study and understanding of consumer needs and their spending habits;
  • Proposes the marketing plans to the Affiliates/External Partners, relating to the brands managed, and supervises their implementation in collaboration with the departments the Commercial Excellence and International Sales Department in accordance with the defined strategy;
  • Creates and maintains a positive interaction with Opinion Leaders and reference scientific associations, in compliance with ethical standards, professional ethics and legal regulations;
  • Supports the Field Force during Area/Canvass (RX, Pharmacy) meetings in order to ensure effective communication of brand strategies and marketing activities related to the promotion of managed brands;
  • Manages and supervises the BM or JBM team by guiding it through a continuous coordination activity towards the corporate objective and the managed area;
