Waitress in an ice cream shop
- Welcoming guests and accompanying them to the tables.
- Taking orders and table service.
- Cleaning and tidying up of the room at the end of the service in preparation for the next shift.
- Maintenance and cleaning of bar and gelato lab equipment, ensuring hygiene and safety.
This experience gave me the possibility to learn more about the ice cream production techniques. Even if I was not directly involved in the production, I have been exposed to the preparation and sale of artisanal ice creams, made with high-quality ingredients and I learnt how to make milkshakes, ice cream cones and coffee.
