As my role as a Senior projects manager with Frener Reifer, a specialised façade contractor, I have been involved in multiple projects of highly customised facades throughout UK, Ireland, USA, Canada and Saudi Arabia

• In summary, I have had complete responsibility since2003 for work winning & operational delivery for the UK & Irish market along with US project delivery

• As my role as a project’s manager with Khansaheb Construction Division, I have been involved the construction of5-star hotels, luxury residences, residential apartments and industrial units
• Below is a summary of my main activities while working as a project’s manager with Khansaheb from Design Phase to project handover
• Leading project team for the successful delivery of the projects
• Responsible to deal directly with client & client representatives on a daily basis
• Prepare and issue reports/ presentations to clients and internally to senior management
• Prepare project targets and milestones to ensure successful project completion
• Manage procurement of subcontractors and materials, ensuring contracts are correct and that all procurement orders are issued in a timely manner, with beneficial terms and conditions
• Testing & Commission management with project handover
• Monitor commercial issues to ensure accounts are up to date and variations etc
• Are being agreed to ensure favourable cash flow, and that projected margins are being maintained
• In summary, I had complete responsibility for the project delivery and I was the single point of contract for the project

• This role consisted of the implementation of asset-based facilities management through a delivery role for the Khansaheb Facilities Management Division
• Below is a summary of my main activities
• Leading project team for the successful delivery of the projects
• Responsible to deal directly with client & client representatives on a daily basis
• Compiling of asset registers, reviewing the existing service delivery providers contractual arrangements, reviewing the current reactive and planned maintenance process, chairing weekly meetings with the government body and service delivery providers, monitoring and reporting on the service delivery providers performance, analysing the data captured in the CAFM system, submittal of monthly reports
• This was undertaken across a wide range of buildings including General Use Buildings, Sensitive Buildings, Hospitals, Mission Critical Buildings, Sub Stations, Chilled Water Plants, Desalination Plants to the Abu Dhabi Region of the United Arab Emirates

• January2007 to October2008 – Senior Engineer/Assistant Project Manager RC Frame Package – Project: Central Park Development – Package Value €18 million, Project Value €100 million
• The role consisted of the construction of Project consisted of9 number reinforced concrete frame blocks ranging from9-17 stories
• Responsible for co-ordination and development of3 section engineers,6 site engineers, information management, creating work breakdown structures, critical path analysis, planning, scheduling, reporting, reinforcement management, records management, sub-contractor management, intermediate claim management alongside dealing with client to resolve technical issues
• Involved in bringing the program from two months behind schedule to complete one month ahead of schedule in4-month period

• My main duties were divided between the management of the maintenance contract and the one-off housing contracts and included cost control of contracts, organisation and logistics management for all labour, plant and material requirements and quality control for all works carried out

• Consisted of construction of a4-storey hospital and renovations to a large retail store
• Main duties involved site setting out, organisation and coordination of both main contractors and sub contractors personnel on-site, cost control for elements of the projects, quality control, logistic planning for the projects and implementation and control of onsite waste management process

• Finishing carpenter foreman undertaking internal fit out and roofing works
• Shuttering carpenter undertaking formwork formation and placement of concrete
• General labourer assisting wet trades
• Ground worker undertaking the installation of underground services
