Simply worker mansion in biomedical ambit, making sure the product we are making would respect client standard and every 2 hours take a sample to analyze it at the microscope making sure everything was all right, starting and ending a production coordinating sample with C.Q.

My responsability consisted in preparing everything that was needed for the service and making food control, with management of the supply and place orders for the suppliers; at the beginning of the service I was rolling out the dough and filling it, once the pizza was cooked I did eye control to make sure that it would respect quality standard and then I would fill it with out of the oven ingredients, at the sem time I coordinated pizzeria and kitchen orders that goes at the same table to make sure the client would receive everything togheter; at the end of the service I writed down everything that was needed for the next day and then started cleanind all the pizzeria.
