- Detecting and obtaining questions, concerns or complaints from employees in confidence and promptly reporting to the attention of our Company's management and suggesting solutions.
- Monitoring and reporting compliance of employees with our Company's policies and procedures and recommending ways and means to improve employees' job satisfaction.

- Process all EVerify requests for new hires and newly eligible employees.
- Manage E-Verify processing and related reports.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as needed.
