• Initiate, lead and deliver regional Central and East European (CE&EE) product development initiatives in the area of Corporate Payments & Reporting and Corporate customer channels & digital solutions;
• Engage and coordinate Cash Management business function within cross-functional large scale product development and regulatory projects impacting CE&EE region;
• Propose and manage the strategic outlook for the CE&EE region in terms of yearly and multi-year product roadmap;
• Provide specialized knowhow & advisory to global structures & projects in terms of project business value, structure, deliverables, costs, organization and assure country buy-ins & project approval and support; Build, review, achieve agreement and submit business requirements representative of Cash Management area;
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders - CEE & Global competence lines: Digital offices, Operational functions, Legal, Compliance, IT Security, IT providers (internal or external);
• Facilitate best practice sharing & trainings within the CE&EE Cash Management Community

Research, design, development, implementation and maintenance of Cash Management International products (Payments, SWIFT connectivity, International Customer Channels, Electronic Corporate reporting)

• Define and implement products and processes – prepare product specifications, business case, set-up procedures, arrange for legal framework such as contracts and terms and conditions, appropriate booking, appropriate reporting;

• Project lead and management for various product implementation streams;

• Coordinate, engage and support cross-division bank projects or deals with high impact on corporate products and clients;

• Identify, set-up and monitor appropriate distribution channels for products and services;

• Assure product and process quality including product reporting and product cost/revenue allocation;

• Define standard pricing, pricing policies, approval competence rules

• Communicate, train and provide support to the sales teams and clients (written materials or in person)

• Monitor operational activities of the payments processing office
• Assure business continuity by maintaining the ability to intervene and operate as the disaster recovery office
• Provide advice and knowhow to the payments processing office
• Instrumental contribution to regulatory projects implementation by assuring proper analysis and execution of the testing activities & support in alignment with business requirements and and testing

• Process and verify domestic and foreign payment instruments – credit transfers, cheques, promissory notes
• Propose and describe operational excellence changes
• Support and advise business teams on appropriate implementation methods and operational impact of regulatory requirements (eg. PSD) on specific banking products and processes
