I lead an EMEA sub-specialty team of builders focused on emerging AWS technologies in the area of IoT Data, AI/ML and Generative AI, and lead digital innovation initiatives for AWS customers in EMEA and US regions.

I enable success of my team through the following:

• Supporting the Delivery Practice Manager in the proposal and ownership of digital offerings in the area of IoT, Data and AI/ML for AWS customers
• Supporting team members in business operations and to outline and execute career development plans, review promotion documents and attend promotion loops
• Define and steer Team's vision, goals and objectives, collaborating with IoT Data Technical Lead to manage the technical offering and sales roadmap of the team
• Quarterly review of results and planning with Senior Leadership and Delivery Practice Manager of EMEA IoT Delivery team
• Engagement Tech Lead of multiple innovation initiatives for AWS customers in different industries, from inception, to deployment in production, using Agile development methodologies
• Active collaboration with AWS IoT Service Teams to improve and design new AWS service features, and review service roadmap
• Dissemination of team's and customer's achievements by drafting public Blogs and articles in the area of IoT, Data and AI/ML (5+ publications)

I designed and coordinated the development, testing and MVP of 3 products based on AIML technologies, robotics and Camera sensing technologies for Konica Minolta Global R&D.

I successfully proposed and designed the deployment of such products in early adopter customer environments.

• Management of the product roadmap, definition of requirements and technical/business targets
• Guidance for the technical implementation of vertical end to end IoT solutions based on Video Analytics and distributed sensor networks, covering Device, Infrastructure, Data and Service Management aspects.

• Technical coordination of the prototype development phase, and PoC deployment at customer premises using Agile SCRUM and Kanban methodologies

• I contributed to the design, testing, and operations of Enel's global IoT platform on Edge/Cloud using AWS infrastructure.
