After more than 10 years of study and continuous training, I have made mixology my most important skill, combining it with the ability to manage all-round in the bar and hospitality sector. The experience was gained by working in the best cocktail bars in Italy and participating in numerous competitions, including abroad. After the role of bartender, I focused on the laboratory and processing of ingredients. Fascinated by the international nature of my work, I remain very attached to my homeland and I bring my passion for craftsmanship and Italianness into my work: from the choice of products to the evolution of traditional distillation systems, constantly experimenting with vacuum systems and/or innovative techniques. I also deal with training both for professional courses and for bar staff. My personal passion for photography, which I have nurtured since I was very young, has allowed me to develop an aesthetic sense that accompanies each of my creations and every aspect of my work.
