Designed and executed the investment strategy of the Family Office in Private Markets up to investment processes, deliverables,and vertical committees. Public speeches on Impact Investing. Recruited and managed a team of 6 people, deploying >180M Euro on 23 direct co-investments, 7 closed-end funds, 2 real estate assets, with realized MoM (net fees) of 3x. Reporting to: CEO. • Partner. Responsible for the Corporate Consulting Unit, with specific focus on Food, Lifestyle and Fashion, successfully delivered >10 projects for >500k in Revenues. In charge of analysis on deal flow in Venture Capital. advising on +30M Euro transaction value in more than 30 rounds, across +20 startups.
• Chief Analyst. Full business analysis: Market size, Competitive Analysis, Unit Economics, P&L Forecast and Cashflow. Additional Tasks: Corporate Scouting and Commercial Due Diligence. Focus on Direct to Consumer Businesses with a digital proposition. Successfully recruited and managed a team of 4 resources.

Commerce Division – Business Development. Proof of Concept management. Example: £2M Project on Digital Enabler for Public Transport, managing 10 organizations in concert with Innovate UK: from mock-up drafting to digital launch of the solution. Reporting to: Head of Portfolio Management.

• Distribution Manager: Distribution - Business Development. Digital Services for Carriers across Europe. Project Management for major MNOs: digital services, Buy Back and Trade In for mobile devices. Successfully implemented +200 stores BBTI program with major carrier in Italy. Reporting to: VP Strategy.
• Business Analyst: sales material drafting. Business cases, P&L forecasting, pricing and residual value analysis. Handset insurance.
