in this employment i learned to manage the bar of restaurant, my task, my job consisted of: prepare the beverage like espresso coffee, cappuccino, americano coffee, serve cold alcoholic and alcoholic free drink, the most popular cocktail and orange juice, the cleaning behind the counter, and the restaurant. in this job it was my responsibility to do keep the order in the counter, replace the beverages that are missing in the fridges, load the cold room by taking what is missing from the warehouse, in the end if my collegue waiters have need to help, bring the drinks form the balcony or the dishes from kitchen and pizzeria, and help to keep the table clean.

this was my last experience trough the school hotel, in this employment i did the same tasks rom my firsth experience like barman assistant.

this job was my second internship through the hotel school, in this employment i learned to prepare the table for the customer, welcome the client and the table and ask them the drinks, i learned to serve the dishes at the client and open the bottles of wine, and in the end i learned the cleaning of the restaurant and the washing of glasses with dishwasher
This experience was my first internship through the hotel school I attended, in this experience i learned how make the more important italian drinks for breakfast (like coffee espresso and cappuccino), i learned to take the order and the table and bring it to them and in the end i learned the cleaning of the table, the facilities and behind the counter.
