  • Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders for destination services
  • Develop business relationship with other customs brokers in other ports to expedite clearing of cargo
  • Advice on transportation options, types of carries, or shipping
  • Prepare for shippers to appeal duty charges
  • Insure cargo against loss and damages.
