Summary

The work experience gained and my personal attitude have helped to build in a short time, a professional profile with organizational and communication skills, with an accurate and responsible method in order to achieve the objectives. I have acquired an efficient, fast and flexible approach, in order to work on multiple priorities and to obtain high-level results even in a very dynamic work environment. My role includes a strong emphasis on building working relationships where integrity, confidentiality and reliability are the most important values while collaboration, team spirit and new goals to achieve are the values that I love to convey in a collective work environment. My path began with the organization of air, rail and naval ticketing services for our customers. My personal curiosity towards the large management, distribution and sales mechanisms of such availability has allowed me a natural and fast approach to the GDS (Global Distribution System) for which, over time, I have obtained certificates such as "trainers" and "re-seller" courses. I have had the opportunity to participate in training activities such as airline “Fam-trips” and product presentations. On two occasions I was selected to contribute to the logistics management of group travel, anticipating travelers at travel destinations in order to proceed with an “on-site inspection”, preparing details to facilitate registration procedures upon the group’s arrival at accommodation facilities and coordinating all related activities. After the first 6 years in the company I had the opportunity to take on the role of Team Leader, working in a sub-office of about 20 people. In this context I had the opportunity to coordinate daily activities, pursue operational and administrative controls and support the activities of the Operation Manager. After a further 4 years I was assigned to take on the role of Operation Manager. In my daily life I like to contribute to the definition of objectives and strategic plans for the company, overseeing and supporting management in customer relations, to ensure the achievement of the commitments made in the implementation of agreements and in the preparation of the lines of action envisaged by the agreement programs. It is the contact with the customers themselves that is the reason why I am often called upon to personally preside over the meeting with the customer, both in the start-up and development phases and in the continuation of the relationship. I currently contribute to the relationship between the operational area and the various company functions, coordinating the operational area with the aim of increasing the level of efficiency and effectiveness expected in project management and monitoring the progress and economies of the aforementioned projects, in order to inform management about any risks and any possibility of failure to achieve objectives in order to anticipate strategic decisions. Although I am not responsible for some projects, I promote synergies between them and the resources assigned, contributing to the organization of the operational phases of the project (planning, execution and reporting) and intervening in relation to the development of new projects and the management of customer satisfaction. My activities also include continuous communication with the horizontal strategic functions in order to improve communication flows between the various departments. Having a very strong predisposition for customer service, I personally organize and support colleagues in managing more complex occasions, contributing to both professional and personal growth, transmitting acquired knowledge and learning new ideas. Over the years, experience has allowed me to actively participate in tutor roles, with training and support activities that I believe to be of vital importance, also to try to transmit corporate ethics. My current role also allows me to live in the most competent forms of personnel management, with recruiting activities, evaluation of subsequent performance and internal relations. I am a very extroverted person with a deep spirit towards colleagues. I choose and enjoy and entertain to make working days more peaceful. I am very willing to provide my contribution, even for skills different from my own, as they allow me to increase my knowledge also in the various corporate sectors.
