At the moment, my strong point is working with Trouble Ticketing for application anomalies, from the reception and flow of the ticket to reverse engineering to discover the causes and apply fixes to the bugs, as well as examining, creating, or optimizing queries. Accustomed to Agile-Scrum work methodologies. I consider myself a cheerful, professional, collaborative, and respectful co-worker. Open-minded to improve and learn new languages and technologies or rather eager for the latter.
On behalf of a banking institution, I worked in the development team of the Watch Restricted Insider List application (hereafter WRL). The main functionalities are:

● Data encryption management
● Management of notifications with operational restrictions, role management
● Management of status of subscribers in the Insider List and automatic communications
● Reporting for surveillance obligations

Currently, I am limited to applying my knowledge on a large scale and not developing applications or software as I would like in my current position. Instead, I focus on fixing bugs and developing small or specific solutions. I would like to have the opportunity to work on development projects with more incentives for improvement, perhaps even the opportunity to complete my engineering degree.
