Domenico Lo Tartaro

Dr. Lo Tartaro is a dynamic scientist affiliated with the Laboratory of Immunology at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Specializing in T and B cell immunology, he possesses a strong foundation in cellular biology, flow cytometry, and data analysis. Proficient in designing intricate multicolor flow cytometric panels, he excels in examining the phenotype and polyfunctionality of peripheral blood and tumor-infiltrating cells both ex vivo and post in vitro stimulation. His expertise extends to cell sorting and library preparation for RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, and TCR-seq. Moreover, he demonstrates significant proficiency in analyzing and interpreting single-cell transcriptomic and flow cytometric data. Currently, actively involved in researching the functions and metabolism of B and T lymphocytes in patients diagnosed with resectable non-small cell lung cancer.
