I started my career in hospitality as a waitress, where I first discovered my passion for food. About Me

I am a 23 years old girl.

I was born in Ecuador, raised in Spain to then move to London in my adolescence, looking to learn a new language and create better opportunities for the future.

After my experience in London I had the chance to move back to Spain, and now I am currently in the Caribbean helping to open a new resort.  

I am now looking forward to explore new countries, culutres and different types of food.
