I started my career in hospitality as a waitress, where I first discovered my passion for food. Driven by curiosity, I moved into the kitchen, working my way up from prep chef to pastry and later hot sections. Along the way, I developed strong skills in flavour balance, plating and working under pressure. What began as a part-time job soon became a clear career path: the kitchen is where I feel challenged, creative and motivated to keep growing.
I came here to help an old colleague to open a new beach resort.

I was born in Ecuador, raised in Spain to then move to London in my adolescence, looking to learn a new language and create better opportunities for the future.
After my experience in London I had the chance to move back to Spain, and now I am currently in the Caribbean helping to open a new resort.
I am now looking forward to explore new countries, culutres and different types of food.
