• During my experience at PwC, I have developed various technical and social skills. From a technical perspective, my constant engagement with financial statements (both Italian and 20-F) and diverse accounting systems (such as SAP, Team System, Profis, etc.) has provided me with a critical understanding of financial statements and all their components. This experience has also granted me complete autonomy in technical accounting matters. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to learn about the operations of various types of businesses due to the diversity of my client portfolio, as detailed below. I have had to continually update my knowledge of national and international accounting principles, acquiring solid expertise in OIC, IAS/IFRS, and ISA. Furthermore, having served as an auditor for listed American entities (PCAOB), I am also familiar with US GAAP. In addition to pure audit activities, I have been involved in monitoring the internal control system for large companies (SOX compliance).
• From a social perspective, I have been fortunate to face significant challenges and to engage with highly knowledgeable representatives from leading companies. This experience has allowed me to refine my communication and interpersonal skills, bringing my communicative maturity to a level comparable to that of my counterparts with 15 to 20 years of experience.
