I am a Head of Global PMO and transformation-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience enabling execution excellence, portfolio governance, and organizational change across enterprise-level, cross-functional New Product Development environments.

At Datalogic, I lead the Global Project Management Office, supporting multiple divisions and operating at enterprise portfolio level. My focus is on strengthening portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery predictability, ensuring that strategy is effectively translated into execution.

A core aspect of my role is change management: designing and embedding governance models, processes, and ways of working that simplify execution, reduce inefficiencies, and enable teams to perform at their best and consistently deliver value.
