

I am a Head of Global PMO and transformation-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience enabling execution excellence, portfolio governance, and organizational change across enterprise-level, cross-functional New Product Development environments.
At Datalogic, I lead the Global Project Management Office, supporting multiple divisions and operating at enterprise portfolio level. My focus is on strengthening portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery predictability, ensuring that strategy is effectively translated into execution.
