Lead, Manage and Support all regulatory requirements of Import-Export, Product Materials, and Due Diligence anti-corruption compliance programs for the South Europe region (with a specific point of contact focus on the Emerson sites in the Italian Region). Ensure compliance with government regulations by developing strategies and implementation of consistent solutions by planning, organization review, training, implementation of policies/procedures, and audits. Provide leadership and support to management regarding the programs’ requirements, lifecycle support updates, staffing, and issue resolution. Leverage dedicated staff organizational structures supporting Emerson entities by coordinating, guiding and coaching functional resource in their individual roles to achieve the performance and development goals.

Ensure company is in compliance with all the Italian, EU, US, or whatsoever applicable import and export and anti-corruption laws and regulations.

Responsible for overseeing, implementing and managing the business-level International Trade and anti-corruption compliance programs, and company's respective policies and standards to ensure all departments follow all ethical and legal requirements.

Enforce the regulations, company policies, and codes of conduct to comply with these rules.

Able to work independently and make sound decisions that will protect the organization from legal and financial liability

Ensure that the organization is compliant with the relevant laws and regulations, and identify areas for improvement to avoid legal and financial consequences.

• Evaluating existing policies and procedures, identifying gaps and areas that need improvement.
• Developing and implementing compliance programs that encompass laws and regulations relevant to the organization’s operations.
• Conducting assessment and analysis of potential risks and developing risk management strategies.
• Investigating reported cases of non-compliance and developing corrective measures to prevent reoccurrence.
• Educating employees on their roles and responsibilities in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Ensuring that internal audit procedures align with regulatory requirements and identifying areas that need improvement.
