• Program manager of the activities concerning the Regione Veneto web portal "Sanità km zero Fascicolo". The web portal allows Regione Veneto's citizens visualising and downloading their healthcare records. In Arsenal.IT we project (functionally, technically and graphically) the different sections and functions of the web portal and we test the solution developed by an external company.
  My role is to define the functionalities that need to be developed in the web portal interfacing with the client and the internal teams, to plan the activities of the internal teams coordinating them with that of the external developers, to guarantee the quality standards of the solution and the predicted times of release. We use both waterfall or agile approaches, depending on the specific functionality that needs to be developed.
• Manager of the project concerning the installation of a Regional Telemedicine platform, through PNRR founding. My role is to cooperate with Regione Veneto and Azienda Zero in order to define the planning of the activities that have to be performed by Regione Veneto, the regional healthcare companies / hospitals and the Company that is developing the telemedicine platform to activate the telemedicine services in Regione Veneto, according to PNRR targets and timing. I am following all the steps to define the contract between Azienda Zero and the Company that will build the telemedicine platform, taking part to the definition of the details of the contract. I also transfer the organizational and functional requests to the technical internal team that defines the integration requirements that the regional telemedicine platform needs to comply in order to assure interoperability with Regione Veneto healthcare systems and services.

Managing the projects described above, I developed especially the following skills

• Established effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment of expectations.
• Maintained schedules to meet key milestones at every project phase.
• Adapted quickly to unexpected challenges or obstacles encountered during project execution, devising solutions without compromising objectives.
• Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers, securing favorable terms for the organization''s benefit.
• Monitored project progress, identified risks and implemented corrective measures to acquire success.
• Coordinated cross-functional teams to determine timely delivery and compliance of project requirements.

• I taught Basics of statistics and informatics at the Scuola di Specializzazione in Ispezione degli Alimenti di Origine Animale, Dipartimento di Medicina Animale Produzione e Salute, Università di Padova

• As Post Doc researcher in the metabolic group of the CNR Institute of Neuroscience I investigated glucose and insulin metabolism by developing mathematical models mimicking the beta cell in physiological and pathological conditions (in particular type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance). The activities as Post Doc also included writing scientific articles, participation as invited speaker to several national and international scientific conferences, editorial activity, mentoring of graduate students, collaboration with several national and international research groups.
• I published 14 scientific articles in International peer reviewed journal.

The above mentioned job experience provided me especially the following skills:
