As Import Manager I direct and manage all the import activities to mantain compliance with regulatory requirements. I supervise the inbound operations and maintain working relationships with freight forwarders and carries to facilitate and streamline processes.

My main tasks are:

- Freight consolidation and trasportation planning

- Inbound shipment operations and shipment scheduling

- Rates negotiations

- Managing the purchase orders with a highly relationship with vendors, overseeing the entire process with production, design and compliance teams

- Proficiency in analyzing reports to assess performance and business trends, providing strategic insights for improvement

- Data Entry, Documentation review and invoice verification
