Summary

Following my passion for information technology I applied and won a Cisco CCNA certification in Verona and from then on I actively pursued new IT skills. Over the last ten years I have been working full time in the IT field and that allowed me to gain expertise over many different areas, included but not restricted to: operating systems, network and security structures, inventory and sales management systems (such as AS400 and SAP), remote assistance systems (like TeamViewer, BMC, VNC, Logmein), Office suite, Management applications and RFID. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to pursue a challenging IT position.
