I'm a versatile International HR Director with hands – on experience in diverse industries and retail operating over multiple countries. Strategic partners within the organizations in which I had the opportunity to operate, I acted as an organizational facilitator creating mechanisms to
encourage change and to ensure the alignment of the contributions of individuals to corporate
strategies. As member of the Executive Committee, I actively participate in ongoing strategy
discussion involving HR direction and business performance.
I also hold the CSRD leadership role with a focus on environment, safety at work and D&I,
acting as a catalyst for change towards more sustainable and inclusive practices in accordance with
Group strategies.
My well – developed interpersonal relationships and the ability to mediate and resolve
conflicts have allowed me to create a collaborative business climate and build solid teams able to
face the challenges of the market.
In addition to my tasks as Industrial HR Director, I am coordinating our international plants for all HR and
CSR aspects with active management involvement in shaping the company’s long-range vision and strategy
