I am very interested in learning languages and exploring new cultures I speak fluent English and Italian as well as Intermediate French In my spare time I enjoy going to the cinema (I particularly enjoy world cinema) and dancing I also have a keen interest in Yoga and complementary therapies I took Speech and Drama lessons for 14 years gaining my LAMDA medal in acting and my Grade 7 Guildhall Certificate with honours I was a member of the Girl Guide association for 10 years and became a young leader for the Brownies as well as a patrol leader at Guides At school, I volunteered to work with disabled children during the summer holidays on a Dr Barnardos scheme as well as working as a class assistant at a primary school listening to children read I also taught German and other languages for a school club and in preparation for a school trip In my second year of university, I was president of the French Society and organised a trip to Paris for 50 students amongst other things!
