1.Lead the evolution of the credit risk models for Domestic and EMEA countries both private and sovereign

3. Lead the transformation of the business processes from no risk sensitive to risk-aware through the development and maintenance of a full digital and real time evaluation platform. Where it's possible to do a full preliminary credit risk assessment through for example credit scorecards and antifraud algorithms.

2. Lead more than 4 projects the most relevant one was the developments of the algorithms for early warning system platform

3. Collaboration in the development of the macroeconomic models for the IFRS9 PDs

4. Responsible of the development of the pricing risk adjusted model

1. Collaborate in the start up of the society by implementing all risk management policies and procedures for the company as required by the Bank of Italy.
