During my internship at Filippi Broker, I worked alongside an expert in insurance brokerage, gaining in-depth knowledge of policies for accountants, auditors, and statutory auditors. I analyzed different types of coverage, contracts, and renewal processes while observing client management. This experience provided me with practical skills in the insurance sector and a deeper understanding of brokerage dynamics.

I have gained a solid knowledge of the marine environment through study and training. This experience has allowed me to develop empathy and communication skills, interacting with guests to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.

I gained hands-on experience in coffee preparation, beer pouring, and managing service in a high-paced environment. This experience taught me to work with speed and efficiency, improving my communication skills, stress management, and customer relations.

Working alongside a sales representative, I observed the process of client acquisition and the sale of freight transport spaces on trains. I analyzed the economic and environmental advantages of rail transport compared to other modes of transportation, such as trucks. I also followed the work of train conductors and studied the operational procedures. The experience took place in Verona, Nola, and Milan Segrate, allowing me to become familiar with different logistics environments.
