AI-powered management-control software for manufacturing companies that calculates each product’s true margin (labor, personnel, and overhead allocation), built end to end with Claude code.

• Performed controlling activities for two Business Units, handling cost centers and SG&A during a period of rapid scaling (from €250M in 2023 to €600M in 2025) driven by both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Drove digital transformation by implementing Power BI reporting suites, streamlining data-driven decision-making to sustain hyper-growth.

• I was in charge of monthly reporting and presentation to the EMEA management of the factory results and analysis of variances between actual values vs forecast and budget, preparation of annual budgets and mid-term plans, review of products margin. Responsible for creating EMEA commercial reports on Power BI and for spreading the tool to the European controllers organizing training courses and providing ongoing assistance in building their own reports.

• Evaluation of the Financial Statements according to the Italian accounting principles and IAS / IFRS. Deep analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet through quarterly checks on the regular keeping of accounting records, evaluation of the internal control systems of international and Italian companies operating in the industrial sector.
