• Started as a general floral sales consultant working with customers and communicating ideas to my coworkers.
• Over time and with proper training, I began designing some floral arrangements, helping set up events, and making occasional deliveries when necessary.
• Worked with an older POS system, with codes and specific prices for each flower and arrangement type in which I had to memorize quickly.
• This position taught me a lot about problem-solving and managing time efficiently while satisfying the customers' needs.
• Setting up for private events such as weddings was the most difficult part of my job, yet my favorite because I was able to work with such talented people who taught me a lot about the flower industry and how to work with customers.

• Began refereeing for children starting at the age of 6, all the way up to ages 18+, where I was placed in authority to make the calls of a soccer game.
• I was tasked with maintaining order, enforcing rules, and ensuring fair play between the teams and players.
• Monitored and managed soccer games to verify safety and promote good sportsmanship for players.
• Strengthened teamwork abilities by collaborating closely with assistant referees to make accurate offside calls or identify foul play incidents outside my line of sight.
• The position demands authority, quick decision-making, and precision, while still dealing with the chaos from the sidelines. I dealt with plenty of unhappy and frustrated adults and coaches in which I learned to stand my ground and be confident with my decision as a referee.
