I have been involved in the conception, organization, and management of numerous cultural events, such as:
* The celebrations for the Vasari Year included the organization of 11 exhibitions, the most important of which, "Vasari. The Theatre of Virtues," attracted over 36,000 visitors.
* The Aretina Concert Season, which featured guest performers like Anna Netrebko and Zubin Mehta.
* The Summer Season, a calendar of cultural events that included pop concerts (Subsonica, Silvestri, Bersani), theatrical performances (Massini, Ruffini), and book presentations (Barbero, Rampini).
I have also directly managed two museum spaces: the Medici Fortress and the Museo Oro d'Autore. Over the years, I have been responsible for the following activities:

- Identification of suppliers and management of the methods and timing of the supply of products and services.
- Coordination of the operators present during the event to ensure a result capable of satisfying the requests received.
- Search and selection of the staff necessary to guarantee the punctual respect of the activities.
- Supervision and management of the event to intervene in case of need.
