Over 20 years of professional experience as a pianist, teacher and workshop leader. Examiner for ABRSM since 2018. Played at prestigious venues across the U.K and Europe as soloist, chamber musician and accompanist. Nurtured young pianists of all ages and abilities, and developed an effective and successful approach to teaching which brings out the best in students of all ages and abilities. Extensive knowledge of varied repertoire, with 70% of students achieving Distinctions and Merits in exams, and maintained 100% pass rate. Ability to tailor-make programmes of study for individual needs. Detail focused, creative and with a friendly and engaging style. Adept at achieving rapid student progress whilst imparting a long lasting love for the instrument. Effective teaching techniques to develop sight reading and aural skills.

Solo recitals include appearances in Amsterdam, Leipzig, Israel, Spain and all over the UK. Concerto appearances in Edinburgh and Manchester.
