Summary

Mechanical Engineer, material specialization and I have more than 22 years of experience, 9 years at automotive and 6 at Oil&Gas market. During the O&G experience (GE and Baker and Hughes) I travelled for business trip in America, Germany and France.

Since first years I was a technical consultant for the Quality department because I specialized in study of ferrous alloys (continuous melting, welding, mechanical test and metallographic analysis). I was a Project Engineer for the introduction of new technologies and the Additive Manufacturing Manager in General Electric (GE) when this technology was well known only in US and I was part of a team in GE to make this technology a great challenge mainly in Florence.

I am currently in charge of all-round quality for a company that produces compressors for industrial refrigeration exported all over the world. I am a first, second- and third-party Lead Auditor for ISO 9001: 2015.

I motivated to be part of a team that is involved in technical and professional growth and to lead it to target goals.
