• Monitored the status of 30+ IT Mobile projects throughout their entire life cycle, part of an high importance large scale strategic initiative (becoming the number one mobile banking App in Europe according to the Forrester ranking).
• Handled day-by-day communication with different projects stakeholders (business owners and IT teams), as well as scheduled and facilitated meeting between them, to discuss deliverables, schedules and conflicts.
• Created periodical reports with qualitative and analytical insights on projects status to help the IT Management in the decision-making process, to assign priorities and to prematurely identify potential project issues.

The thesis is about the simulation, with an ad-hoc Excel-based tool personally designed, of the innovative DDMRP method for modeling and planning the supply chain of some company products, with an economic comparative analysis with MRP logics regarding stock levels.

• Supported the SIOP (Sales Inventory Operations Planning) team in customer demand planning and forecasting process, relating with different business functions within an international context.
• Statistically analyzed customer demand, in order to study its variability and to develop KPIs to monitor and improve the forecast accuracy.
