• Planning of activities and operations among all the involved parties and company planner/calendar management
• Problems management from a technical, operative and economical side, relevant client assistance and consequent issuance of clarification e-mails for the problem solving

• Significant support to the operative department realization, training and support of new personnel for the coordination team, contribution to the new company’s software creation
• Worldwide business travel organization and participation, meeting with Italian and foreign clients, price lists and commercial offers issuance, order entry, client-vendor negotiation, support in bidding, various commercial and business development back office tasks
