Due to the continuous successful achievements in Milan, in 2018 I have been promoted officially as Senior Manager deputy RM for WEU & UK.

Last Pay Review( Promotion Letter )was on May 2021, due to the progress against financial year KPIS and performance of my role above the standard required.


  • Recruiting, coaching & developing international luxury sales team (Milan 7 SA + supporting 7 teams between WEU/UK ).
  • Managing clients’ expectations, building long lasting relations (increased Returning clients purchase by 30%), well Integrated in the social environment, cultivate e maintain third-party client’s relations (Initiated Partnership/Events generated 5% tot sls).
  • Managing stock level & staff payrolls (including overviewing store costs) with excellent achievements (measured bi-annual stock loss under 0.3%, as well as optimal store coverage management, with minimal extra hours).
  • Supporting RM since 2015- tracking & monitoring as well as leading weekly presentation of regional business results to the Management Team.
  • Regional weekly business analysis, following up on major issues & priorities, as well as tracking performance against KPIs whilst monitoring trends to optimize sales.
  • Coo-planning & supporting RM in every company focus, seasonal launch & business demand. (I travel along the Regions to support RM in teams’ inductions & store visits).
  • Review of the Regional Merchandising Allocation files & Dashboard, as well as drawn accordingly to the RM feedback an ad hoc plan with the priority stores.
  • Buying the new seasonal collection for MLN and on some occasions for the 2 Regions.
