For thirteen years I have been involved in the preparation of drinks, drinks and cocktails. The study of new industry trends, the proposal of a high quality service and attention to the customer and the needs of the venue have always distinguished me. Currently I would like to get back into the game, continuing the path undertaken so far, with a friendly and extroverted attitude, excels in interpersonal communication and knows how to deal with payment processing, order management and satisfying customer requests with diligence and organization.

Since I became passionate about this work i started to invest in myself by buying equipment such as distillers, fermenters, isobaric fermenters, ultrasounds, laboratory centrifuges, condensers and lot of other staff, so as to create and experiment with distillates, liqueurs, fruit wines, beer and anything related to the world of beverage and food.
