• Plan and implement the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project
• Preparation of Project Quality Plan and procedures in accordance with the Company Requirements
• Plan and ensure that the correct implementation of Quality audits, taking in account all project processes
• Ensure, within the project organization, the planning of activities aimed at promoting the applicable Contractual Quality Requirements
• Conduct external audit to Vendors and Subcontractors QMS
• Support the Project Manager in relations with the Client and with the Authorities responsible for quality matters
• Ensure the issue of quality requirements to be incorporated, in the contractual documents, with Vendors and Subcontractors and organizations in charge of works
• Ensure management of nonconformities
• Promote appropriate actions in order to prevent or eliminate potential non-conformities and their causes
• Ensure knowledge and awareness of Quality requirements within the Project Team, also performing Quality Training activities
• Collect and analyse project quality data also in order to organize and lead the Project Quality Management eview
• Ensure the management of lessons learned process, and Customer satisfaction process implementation

• the review of quality related tender documentation

• the preparation of quality related documents (typical or ad hoc documents)

• the preparation of estimates (both home office and site activities)

• evaluation of potential subcontractors on quality technical aspects

• the identification/selection of the quality key resources

• Supervision and witness inspections, check reports and documentation issued by inspectors and guarantee the collection of required Quality Records.
• Verify that tests, controls, and inspections were carried out according to Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans.
• Ensurin collection of Quality Control documentation available for Mechanical Completion activities.
• Ensure collection and management of documents certifying test, controls and inspections, checking that all records are properly retrievable within final As-Built dossier.

• Examination of vendor's offers, technical negotiations with vendors for bids alignment, preparation of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE).
• After purchase order release, Vendor Engineering follow-up activities mainly including P&ID Review and Vendor drawings, Hazop/SIL, 3D Model, pre-inspection Meeting and assistance during workshop inspection to ensure compliance with project requirements, codes and standards.
