Energetic collaborator, interested in improving the skills acquired during four summer seasons at the Oltrepizza business, located in a seaside area. My task consists of cooking various types of pizza, (traditional Neapolitan pizza, and Roman pinsa) managing to satisfy approximately 200/250 guests per evening, all supported by a close-knit and collaborative team. Friendly and determined employee with a particular attention to cleanliness and hygiene, communicative and with a strong work ethic. Willing to take on new responsibilities with enthusiasm.
