As Area Manager Flavors and Fragrances, my duties include:

- Take over several accounts spread around Europe, in particularly Italy, Germany, Greece, East-European countries

- Find new business opportunities (B2B)/work on growth plans

- Analyze market and propose creative solutions to meet customer needs

- Act as key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions

- Manage forecasts for operational planning, straight connection with the Purchase Manager

- Source products based on vendors needs

- Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers

- Gather Market Intelligence, contribute and share with sales division

- Participate at trade shows

-Conducted re-negotiations with vendors on rejections, disposition and adjustment of purchased materials not meeting specifications

- REACH compliance

-Maintained documentation on tests performed in lab.

- Performed testing and quality control using approved laboratory procedures and instrumentation.

- Monitored testing procedures to meet criteria and maintain quality control

- Handle contacts with the Swiss Authorities for the registrations of Nutraceutical products

- Registration of Cosmetics products

- Responsible of the QA and QC

- Draw up SOPs for the Production and Laboratory
