• I was responsible of the remote and technical assistance: software, electronical, electrical and mechanical of our packaging machinery fleet around the world.

• I was preparing all the technical documentation that our field service engineers needed before they would make

any intervention on our client’s factory sites.

• Installation and configuration of virtual machines for our technicians and customers with all the software needed on them.
