Francesca Dipierri

I started in oracle with Generation Oracle Program. During the one-year program, I had the privilege of assisting my colleagues in working with customers and taking multiple courses in both soft and technical skills. After completing the program, I was confirmed in my role of Account Cloud Engineer.

As Cloud Engineer, i have to:

• Work with customers to understand their business needs and identify the right cloud solutions to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, engineering, and product management, to design and implement custom cloud solutions for customers.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the customer's technical team and ensure successful delivery of the solution.
• Act as a subject matter expert on cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices, to both customers and internal stakeholders.

Internship running a Microsoft Academy training. During the academy the focus was on this topic:

• Object orientation programming
• C# and ADO.NET programming
• Managing SQL Database
• Fundamentals Azure cloud Iaas/Paas
