Francesco Caratti

I am a resourceful and determined person aimed at continuous improvement while remaining concrete and realistic. I am a sportsman, playing tennis competitively since I was a child. In 2020 I received an athletic scholarship that allowed me to move to the United States thus having the opportunity to play and study in a completely different reality from what I was used to. This experience gave me the opportunity to develop skills such as leadership, time management, adaptability, problem solving, and communication skills. As captain of the college tennis team, I was able to delve even deeper into the importance of teamwork to achieve common goals by creating shared leadership. I am always looking for new challenges to be able to deal with realities different from my own, for continuous professional growth.
