• Ensure that bank guarantees, insurance coverage and labour law documentation are properly aligned with legal and contract requirements;
• Give input to the Store RSPP/ASPP (as per Legislative Decree 81/08) and HR about needs to activate the related paperwork;
• Guarantee that all terms and deadlines related to all contractual documents during the life of the contract are respected by Contractors;
• Ensure that the store receives an updated list of the persons enabled to execute the contracts in the stores;
• Identify and actively pursue business opportunities as they arise.

Activities:

• Analysis and processing of legal issues, conducting research in the legislative and jurisprudential field, with particular focus on banking, civil and private law;

Extrajudicial activity in English, French and Italian, respectively in the fields of: Privacy (GDPR and Privacy Code), AML (Legislative Decree 231/2007, etc.), Regulatory & Compliance (Legislative Decree 231/2001, Legislative Decree 81/2008, etc.) and Insurance (CAP, IVASS Regulations, IDD Directive, etc.).

• Drafting of 231 mappings and protocols (H&S, Monetary and Financial Flows, Procurement & Production, ICT, HR, etc.) of approximately 11 companies making up the production chain (including Gucci Garden S.r.l.; G Commerce Europe S.p.A., Luxury Goods Italia S.p.A., etc.);
• Attendance at the Supervisory Bodies of the aforementioned companies and drafting of the relative minutes;
• Analysis of information flows to the Supervisory Body; Updating of the catalogue of offences (e.g. computer offences, against the PA, etc.) prerequisite 231(in particular tax offences ex L.157/2019 and Legislative Decree 75/2020);
