• First focal point and filter between customers and EDU Software Development core teams.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and debug software issues in control systems.

• People management of senior and junior Calibration Specialist Engineers (10-ten). Team manager in terms of define goals, timeline and activities monitoring based on calibration activities plan defined in the beginning of each program in scope, coming from the company.
• Vehicle Functions Calibration team management in order to optimize and deliver performance for the Engine Control Module that interacts with the rest of the vehicle ECUs nodes.
• Affected functions: ADAS, Stop&Start, 12V starting systems, Energy management, Thermal&Lubrication, CAN&LIN network, Dashboard&HMI, Pedal assembly&Drive modes, Gear Shift Indicator.
• Deliverables: exFCA programs in Europe with Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia brands equipped with E6.4 Diesel, Gasoline, GPL, Hybrid propulsions and exPSA programs in South Europe with E6.4 EB2 and EP6 engines.

• Control strategies calibration on vehicle for Engine Control Module.
• Vehicle Functions calibration methodologies definition.
• Controls System management entry point for the controls Development Requirements team.
• Vehicle Integration/Quality team entry point for Driveability team S&S/Gear Shift Indicator and ADAS team (Cruise Control/Adaptive Cruise Control/Speed Limiter/Intelligent Speed Assist).
• FCA E/E entry point for vehicle functions validation and fleet issues management in the Engine Control Module.
• Troubleshooting management.
• Vehicle Functions Development team coordination for functional requirements capture and tracking, related to all vehicle functions and diagnosis for all FCA Diesel and Gasoline engine systems (EMEA engines) and for Maserati Diesel engine systems projects.
• Collaborate with other groups (Vehicle Integration, SW Suppliers, Validation Engineers) in order to create system requirements, current design requirements evaluation, design test and evaluation programs.
• Guarantee the optimal performance and deliver the whole Powertrain as a system.
• Deliverables: European programs with Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia, Maserati brands equipped with E6B/E6D temp Diesel, Gasoline, GPL, Hybrid propulsions.

• Owner of Stop&Start functionality, Neutral Sensor Learning strategy, Starter management and Dual Mass Flywheel protection functions on Diesel and Gasoline ECUs.
• Deliverables: Capture and tracking of functional requirements related to Vehicle Functions and related diagnostic, preparation of validation test cases, calibration of ECU parameters to satisfy performances constraints.

• On road testing for prototype vehicle in the reliability fleet. Firmware check and test of absorption electric current.
• Deliverables: Infotainment for Fiat 500L.
