I joined in Baker Hughes (ex Irma Service) in 2000 as control and instrument FSE covering Installation & Start up activities, for O&G plants worldwide,as well as resident in Shell Brunei.
In 2006 I joined as Application Engineer in Service Organization named "Solutions".
Early 2013 i moved to product leadership covering the role of Product Leader for Digital.
Mid of 2016 assumed the position of Upgrade Service Growth for SSA,ME,EUR, Russia&CIS.
Upon some internal restructure in 2018 i jointed in the On-off shore segment as Service Growth Manager reinforcing the technical sales skills focusing to SSA & ME.
In September 2019 i jointed in the new Service Growth Organization covering the position of Technical Sales for SSA, Russia & CIS Refinery & Petrochemicals.

Service Technical Sales Manager is responsible to support the TPS Regions in thinking and selling strategic new opportunities generated by the DTI & Advisory Service and the Platform Management organization to grow beyond the OP
Define with Regions & Segment the strategic “go to market” approach including distribution of direct sales or identifying also commercial partners to expand white space on OEM equipment & extended BOP. Support Regions & DTI in scout/develop pipeline of projects and strategic complex deals on entire service portfolio developing technical & economic business cases or identifying launch Customers for NPI. Perform SOA, Roadshow and training to Regions onService/Upgrade portfolio (ie: SPIR2.0)

Product leader for TPS digital products
Covered in last 5 years a position of Sales Application engineer (AE) issuing proposal for Solution first and Technology Service after. In the position of AE developed and sold to the Customer several upgrades related to the auxiliaries and control.
Expand the competency in the electification project working with GEPC in the first electriifcation project with high speed motor for Shell.
Supported the Product leadership Team developing new NSI such as Combustion Dynamic Monitoring system and OpFlex
Several engineering activities related to CM&U’s for Nuovo Pignone. Upgrating of Fire & Gas systems, implementation of new istrumentations and other related activities to the Nuovo Pignone sites.
Field Service Engineer during installation,pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, and performance test of several gas turbines Turbines and Centrifugal compressors driving in differents sites as Off-shore, desert and others. Main project: Alliance Pipeline, Hassi R'Mell
