Main team activities: real-time monitoring of payment services (cards, payments), client communications management for Italian, Finnish, and Dutch clients (Customer Service Desk), cardholder Call Center services for a leading Italian banking group, Unix server maintenance (France), and multidisciplinary support activities for internal and external clients. The team consists of 15 resources, all based in Milan.
