I am a humble guy with a great desire to experience and learn
new things. I adapt easily to new jobs.
I am often flexible and available and I like teamwork.
My main duties within the hotel were to manage the department of
pastry and appetizers, I also took care of the preparation of the
first and second courses, I was responsible for the daily tour service and
often responsible for starters at lunch and dinner service.
My main task in the company was to help the kitchen staff
almost all the most important tasks of line preparation.
My work mainly involved preparing the main courses
and desserts.
During the Erasmus I attended in Malta mainly in the
capital “Valletta” I had an experience of three months
come waiter and bartender.
my main tasks were to serve customers by explaining the menu,
ordering and finally clearing the table.
I often happened to be behind the bar counter learning to
use the cash register and learn about the world of
coffee and cocktails
my main tasks within the company were to take care of both the line
of desserts as well as that of appetizers and first courses
during the lunch and dinner service, but not only, I often dedicated
a lot of time helping my chef in the
preparation of first or second courses before and during service
lunch and dinner.
During the experience I was able to learn typical dishes of the cuisine
Valtellina including sweets and
appetizers .
I helped the chef for any events such as barbecues or buffets.
my work took place at the market in a fish delicatessen, my parents
tasks were to manage the fryer, manage the cooked counter, cleaning
of various types of fish products and finally in conservation
For the “Chef to Chef” internship I worked in the kitchen followed by a tutor (chef)
for cooking activities
preparation of lunch and dinner. At the end of each working day
about 30 minutes were spent together with the tutor assessing mine
learning.
