COOK - STEW - LAUNDRY

Responsible for all 3 areas in this Private Motor Yacht for a Family of four ( 2 kids ). As a cook I was in charge for cooking traditional Mediterranean cuisine and true Italians recipes for lunch and dinner, however they also like Asian cuisine. Preparing breakfast and healthy snacks for kids and Italian Aperitivo for guests. Drink preparation and service. Maintaining kitchen, bar and drinks stock. Cleaning all areas of the interior of the yacht, laundry and ironing were also main duties. Responsible for Housekeeping with daily cleaning and Cabin preparation, detailing to a very high standard.

3 months as a Chef Stewardess in a Private Motor Yacht for a lovely couple and their guests. I was in charge of preparing delicious meals, from breakfast to dinner, mostly Mediterranean cuisine and healthy/macro recipes. Serving the guests drinks & food during parties and daily life. Reducing food waste with strategic menu planning and inventory control techniques. Interior and food/drinks inventory. Ensuring quality of provided services.

Sole stew - cook for a passionate Sailing family of 5 my responsibilities were daily clean up and maintenance of entire boat, housekeeping interior, guest cabin area, crew area, cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. Table set up. kitchen and dishes clean up. Re-stocking food & beverages area, daily laundry/ironing.

In my spare time I really like to travel and exploring new places into nature, hiking, snorkeling, kayaking and Stand up Paddling. However I also enjoy to relax while reading a book or listening music. I practice yoga & meditation sometimes but is not a daily lifestyle unfortunately.

Cooking for family and friends is something that makes me really happy during my vacations with my family members but I really like going around restaurants and food markets to discover new dishes. I absolutely love kids and spending time with them.
