

I am a board member reporting to the CEO.
This role involves collaborating with the Board of Directors to develop and implement the People Strategy. The objective is to create a unified global company capable of cross selling its entire portfolio worldwide.
Main Stakeholders: Board Members, Country Managing Directors, Employees and External Candidates.
Workforce >4000 employees (white and blue collar)
My team:
The People and Communication team is made up of more than 60 people around the world. Half of them is in Italy. The People Dept is made up of 2 Center of Excellence, HR Ops and HRBPs.
The main achievements so far:
- The outsourcing of the payroll service - project approved after 3 month I was appotined.
I was a member of the People and Comms Leadership Team, leading the biggest Business Units for turnover and dimensions, reporting to the CPO.
My mission in the role was landing the People Strategy in the Business Units, influencing the Vice President and his direct reports on its benefits, balancing challenge and support during the Change.
The Business Unit is made of 11 Italian Branches and 6 Warehouses.
My Team: I had 2 HRBPs reporting to me.
The main achievements as Senior Manager:
- 1new organizationdesign
- 2 start ups (branches, legal entities) in Logistics
- Union agreements (COBAS management)
- Global HR ERBP implemented
During this experience I oversaw the HR function for the Italian Subsidiary of the Bel Group reporting to the Managing Director.
I was hired to co-lead the transformational journey wanted by the Group to speed up the Group on revenues.
I was Accountable for 360-degree HR Processes for 60 people (including General Manager and Exec Committee). The branch had 50Mio€ turnover.
This is the role where I learnt how to be a Business Partner, developing financial and commercial acumen to understand the impact of our decisions in Economic Results.
I had 1 direct report.
The main achievements of this role were:
- Landing the transformation announced with evident economic results, having the right people in key positions (succession planning, replacement and development).
- Applying agile methodology in interdisciplinary task forces to develop strategic projects for the group and the cluster.
- Being recognized as a key stakeholder by Cluster Director.
I was the HR Generalist of Arriva Italia Holding reporting to the Group HR Director in charge of:
- Running all the HR processes (admin, training, development, succession planning, etc.) for the subsidiary
- Leading the implementation of all the new HR Corporate processes provided in Italy.
Arriva Italia had 3.500 employees (white and blue collar) and 500 Mio€ turnover.
The HR community was made up of 20 managers (split into the different operating companies).
Main achievements as HRBP for Arriva Italia:
- Be the ambassador and influencer for the corporate processes (including position weighting)
- Being change agent for the implementation of Workday (HR ERP) for Italy.
- Supporting the HRD during the ramp up of the workforce needed for EXPO 2015.
- Full accountability of the Health and Safety and Quality Trainings for the whole population of blue and white collars ensuring all training rooms / venues, equipment, catering arrangements, and keeping data of training.
- Training Co-Design on specific topics (shift leaders)
- Delivering training on Company Values and Context
- Data analysis and reporting
- Expatriate packages management (health insurances, allowances, schools for children etc.). - Benefit market analysis - Payroll news preparation & Budget preparation - Institutional contact with foreign representation
