• My scope covers 20 suppliers located in America, China, Europe, and the Middle East, all operating in the forging sector.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Define and manage recovery plans, including problem identification, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and the implementation of Line of Business and Get Well plans for critical suppliers;
• Monitor and analyze WIP (Work in Progress) and RATE, implementing recovery actions as needed;
• Assess work in Progress for Customer Impact materials;
• Establish operational cadence in collaboration with Buyers, Supplier Quality Engineers, and Planners;
• Conduct on-site supplier visits.

Work experiences and acquired skills at present:
•Developed expertise in aircraft systems, focusing on Electrical Power Systems and its components.
•Systems and equipment design criteria. Analysis and writing of technical requirements for engineering design projects for Electrical Generation, Conversion, Distribution, and Storage.
•I was responsible for two large-scale programs: GCAP and Eurofighter Typhoon.
•Collaborated with procurement teams and external suppliers to ensure project success.
•Experience in supplier management and program coordination.
•Conducted regular on-site visits to suppliers, strengthening relationships and ensuring quality standards.
•Engaged in international collaboration with experts in the field, necessitating strong communication skills in English, alongside daily use of both written and spoken English.
•Regular face-to-face meetings with program partners, alternating between Japan, UK and Italy.

• Research activities in the framework of European project EVC1000, dealing with the advanced control of the vehicle dynamics and energy management of electric vehicles with multiple powertrains and chassis actuator.
